Life happens! I'm totally aware that things come up and our schedules need to be switched around from time to time. I do ask that you respectfully give me at least 24 hours of notice, so I myself can move around my schedule. Failure to contact me without at a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the estimated service price. No call/ no show appointments must pay the 50% deposit prior to rebooking another service with me.
